As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our company's compensation and benefits processes and programs. Your expertise will support the efficiency of personnel costs and aid in corporate decision-making through data analysis and insights. This position is crucial for developing competitive and equitable compensation strategies that align with our EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) principles, ensuring our rewards systems are fair and motivating for all employees.

Tasks:

  • Compensation Strategy Development: Collaborate in creating and updating the company's compensation strategy, including salary policies, overall pay structure, and incentive and benefits packages.
  • Compensation Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand workforce market trends and competitors' compensation practices, aiding in the formulation of competitive and fair compensation strategies.
  • Compensation Package Management: Responsible for assembling and managing employee compensation packages, negotiating compensation, and conducting regular salary reviews.
  • Compensation System Maintenance: Oversee the company's compensation system, including payroll processes, maintenance of salary records and databases, and tracking of employee data and incentive programs.
  • Communication and Consulting: Provide advice to management and employees on compensation-related issues and effectively communicate policies, changes in pay and benefits, and performance evaluation results.Regularly holding educational sessions on rewards for leaders and employees, and actively promoting the communication of our rewards programs
  • Performance Evaluations Implementation: Define goals and expectations, and develop performance measurement systems.
  • Satisfaction Surveys: Measure employee satisfaction and engagement, which could assist in enhancing compensation programs and performance incentives.
  • Performance-based Compensation: Participate in developing and managing performance-based compensation programs such as bonus systems or rewards that encourage high performance.
  • Cost and Benefit Analysis: Analyze performance and compensation data, including tracking of wages, benefits, and other costs to assist in budget planning and monitoring.
  • Compliance and Forecasting: Ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulations, and forecast compensation costs considering the company's future plans and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related fields, with a preference for specialization in compensation, labor law, or related areas.
  • Profound knowledge of compensation policies, practices, and trends, including payroll and taxation requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights regarding the effectiveness and cost-benefit ratio of compensation programs.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders and for conveying complex compensation information in an understandable manner.
  • Knowledge of labor and tax laws impacting compensation decisions and programs.
  • Problem-solving skills for addressing potential issues in compensation and finding alternative solutions or compromises.Solution-oriented approach to handling compensation challenges, which includes the continuous search for creative and effective alternatives or compromises.
  • Proficiency in project management, ensuring timely and within-budget execution of compensation projects and initiatives.
