Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation analysis and administration, ensuring our pay structures remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Oversee job evaluation processes and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and enhance existing compensation policies, recommending cost-effective revisions and new plans that support our corporate objectives.
  • Support the annual salary planning process, including design, administration, and implementation.
  • Manage external compensation surveys and subscriptions to ensure our practices are benchmarked against industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with compensation and benefits laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance and executing necessary changes.
  • Administer company benefits programs, including company car, medical plans, disability, accidental death, pension, and savings plans.
  • Collaborate on the development and modification of benefit plans to maintain our competitive edge and ensure meaningful offerings for all locations.
  • Lead the rollout of new plans and changes, including preparing communication materials for employees.
  • Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party vendors.
  • Take part in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Total Rewards Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 3 years in Compensation and/or Total Rewards.
  • Expertise in acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, recruiting, and HR generalist functions is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong quantitative/analytical abilities.
  • Solid foundation in job evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience with remuneration models, bonus schemes, pension, savings plans, and insurance.
  • Customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong ethics, and discretion.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects effectively.
