Technology Support Specialist

Task:

  • Working as first line of IT support for the end users working in the office and remotely to help them with solving existing problems or requests comming into IT
  • Have a hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining computer hardware, such as Dell laptops, and peripheral devices like printers and LCD projectors.
  • The person would be collaborating closely with the local business, serving as the single point of contact for any IT-related issues
  • The candidate must be familiar with the ITSM ticketing system, as requests are managed based on the recently implemented ticketing tool within the BPiON organization
  • The candidate will be responsible for the inventory management of IT assets, including laptops and smartphones
  • Following the global ISO 27001 guidelines within the Information Security Management System (ISMS) by preparing and operating procedures and policies
  • Taking active part of the new implementation of IT tools, system changes, upgrades
  • Participate in IT projects as one of the key onsite resources
  • Have a basic knowledge and understanding of Active Directory/Azure AD, the Azure platform, Windows 11 OS, and AVD
  • Play a key role for the Regional IT Team as the sole local resource available for our Hungarian office

Expectation:

  • At least one years of experience in LVL1 IT support
  • Higher education in a relevant field (IT, Technology)
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Team player attitude
