Responsibilities

Analysis of customer requirements/problems and preparation of solutions.
Technical support for customers and partners via a Ticketing System
Development of application manuals and Knowledge Base documents and videos
Inhouse troubleshooting and repair of 3D printing systems
On-Site repairs across Europe
Quality assurance

Requirements

Secondary or higher technical education
Very good English skills (+ German is an advantage)
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Technical service experience
Ability to work in a team
Interest in new technologies and customer contact
Willingness to travel frequently within Europe

Nice-to-have

German language skills
Hands-on experience with CNC or other computer driven machines and systems
