Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of customer issues and drive them through to resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to connected mobility devices.
- Provide support through phone, chat, and email, ensuring every interaction is helpful, clear, and efficient.
- Guide users with product information, setup, and order support.
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary while keeping customers informed.
- Deliver accurate and timely solutions while maintaining top-tier service quality.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the support experience.
Requirements
What you bring
- Strong technical curiosity and troubleshooting mindset.
- Familiarity with electronics, Bluetooth technology, and WLAN environments.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
- Customer-first attitude with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
