Responsibilities

In your daily work, you will be responsible for: 
 
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to third-party integrations, including API failures, data transfer errors, and system inconsistencies. 
  • Team Support and Supervision: Provide oversight and guidance to the data entry worker in Hungary, including taking over their responsibilities during absences due to illness or vacation. 
  • Interface Monitoring: Continuously monitor the health of system interfaces, proactively identifying and addressing anomalies in data delivery or functionality. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams and external partners to ensure reliable and stable data exchange between systems. 
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough documentation of interface behavior, integration specifics, and edge cases to support developers and business stakeholders. 
  • Data Analysis Support: Assist internal teams - such as business and product departments - by providing analysis and insights based on data from integrated systems. 
  • Integration Testing: Support the onboarding of new integrations through structured testing and validation processes to ensure functionality and data integrity 
  • Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related experience in technical support or integration roles 
  • Proactive communicator; able to explain tech details clearly to various stakeholders 

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience in technical support or system integration roles 
  • Proficiency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken. Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and interface monitoring tools 
  • Ability to investigate technical issues, including reading logs, analyzing payloads, and interpreting error messages 
  • Hands-on experience supporting and validating third-party system integrations 
  • A proactive and structured approach to monitoring interfaces and resolving anomalies 
  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders 
  • Willingness to guide and supervise a data entry colleague and provide coverage during their absence 
  • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards (e.g. Excel, Data Studio, Looker, Grafana) 
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude,  
  • Organized and detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation 
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with developers, product teams, and external partners 
  • Willingness to work in mode when there is afternoon shift (13:30 - 22:00) every third week 

Nice-to-have

  • SQL proficiency; basic scripting skills (e.g. Golang, Python, Bash) are a plus 
  • Experience with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar 
  • German language would be a plus.
