Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of on-site energy storage systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site promptly to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support to customers, answer equipment-related questions, and deliver necessary training.
- Collaborate closely with the technical support team and R&D department to report field issues and recommend improvements.
- Follow up continuously on customer after-sales service requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all on-site work complies with local safety regulations and company safety standards.
Requirements
- Education: Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems; experience with energy storage systems is a plus.
- Practical Skills: Hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance; familiarity with energy storage systems preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems and their principles.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; able to work in high/low voltage environments.
- Communication & Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Certifications: Relevant electrical or high voltage operation certifications preferred.
- Other: Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to flexible working hours.
