Responsibilities
"Resolving issues, empowering customers — one solution at a time."
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Technical Support Analyst to provide technical support, handle product inquiries, and resolve hardware and software issues.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, allowing you to combine remote work with time in the office. We believe this balance supports productivity, collaboration, and a healthy work–life integration.
The ideal candidate is a confident problem-solver who takes ownership of customer concerns from start to resolution. You are patient, empathetic, highly communicative, and able to remain focused and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Your tasks would be:
- Take full ownership of customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution;
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify effective solutions for hardware and software concerns;
- Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while adapting communication style to their technical level;
- Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams;
- Ensure contact resolution within defined timelines while maintaining high-quality standards in every interaction supporting customer retention efforts;
- Escalate service-related issues to the correct department in accordance with company processes;
- Maintain strict compliance with customer Data Privacy and Security policies;
- Communicate and collaborate positively with team members, customers, and business partners.
Requirements
- At least high school diploma;
- Proven working experience in BPO and/or Customer Service environment;
- Excellent French and English language skills;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
- Affinity to electronics and tehcnology.
