Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects
Coordinate collaboration between internal teams and external vendors
Drive alignment between business needs and technical implementation
Ensure effective integration of solutions into existing IT landscape
Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholder groups
Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable plans
Monitor project progress and manage risks
Support teams with technical insights
Work closely with architecture, development, infrastructure and operations teams
Perform other related duties

MSc degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
More than 5 years of experience in IT including software development and/or technical project management
Solid knowledge of full software development life cycle
Solid knowledge of design and development of Java Enterprise Applications
Experience managing complex IT projects in cross-functional environments
Strong technical background and understanding of modern architectures
Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong decision-making skills and proactive, delivery-focused mindset
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies
Capability to navigate and understand complex systems and organizational environments
