Feladatok

End-to-end IT project leadership and management
Collaboration coordination between internal teams and external vendors
Alignment driving between business needs and technical implementation
Solution integration into existing IT landscape
Communication and alignment facilitation across stakeholder groups
Translation of complex technical topics into actionable plans
Project progress monitoring and risk management
Technical insight support for teams
Collaboration with architecture, development, infrastructure and operations teams
Other related duties as assigned

Elvárások

MSc degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Willingness to travel abroad occasionally (mostly in DACH region)
More than 5 years of experience in IT including software development and/or technical project management
Solid knowledge of full software development life cycle
Solid knowledge of design and development of Java Enterprise Applications
Solid knowledge of managing complex IT projects in cross-functional environments
Strong technical background and understanding of modern architectures (distributed systems, integrations, service-oriented architecture)
Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong decision-making skills and proactive, delivery-focused mindset
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies
Capability to navigate and understand complex systems and organizational environments
