Responsibilities

Provide technical support via email and telephone to customers regarding the use and troubleshooting of robotics products,
Send technical documentation to the customers as needed,
Enter and maintain data in the ticketing system,
Manage customer complaints effectively and professionally,
Stay up to date and familiarize yourself with new technologies at the company,
Questioning processes and defining requirements for tomorrow's support.

Requirements

Completed training/studies as a technician/engineer or comparable qualification,
At least 2 years professional experience in your training occupation,
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and German languages,
Strong service and customer service focus, as well as excellence communication skills,
Structured, independent and flexible way of working,
Intercultural social skills
