We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Services team, supporting the Germany market. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging candidates from initial contact to their first meeting with the business, ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requisitions and deliver tailored sourcing strategies. Proficiency in German is essential.

  • Capture detailed hiring requirements from hiring managers and recruiters for new vacancies and talent mapping.
  • Execute accurate and tailored headhunting approaches to proactive sourcing.
  • Conduct telephone interviews with proactively sourced candidates.
  • Screen candidates against competencies and cultural values, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Source candidates across multiple functions using various channels (LinkedIn, Google, social platforms).
  • Collaborate with recruiters and agile squads to meet business recruiting objectives.Build and maintain relationships across the Resourcing Team, Centres of Expertise, and external partners.
  • Continuously improve the quality of hires to meet business objectives and Vodafone’s talent agenda.
  • Experienced in candidate sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Google, social platforms).
  • Skilled in agile methodology and able to work in dynamic squads.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in German language (C1 preferred).
