Responsibilities

Coordination of leadership development programs
Coordination of coaching initiatives
Coordination of talent reviews
Coordination of webinars
Coordination of global learning experiences
Management of participant communications
Management of scheduling
Management of enrollments
Management of logistics
Coordination of stakeholders across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats
Partnership with external coaches, facilitators, and learning vendors
Administration of learning and talent systems including SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Learning
Maintenance of high-quality data and reporting
Creation of dashboards, reports, and insights for talent and development decisions
Support of budget tracking
Support of vendor invoicing
Support of procurement processes
Support of financial administration
Serving as a trusted point of contact for employees, leaders, HR teams, and external partners

Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR operations, learning & development, talent management, program coordination, or a similar operational role
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, projects, and competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail
Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and AI-enabled ways of working
Business-fluent English
Fluent Hungarian
Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to remain organized, responsive, and calm in a dynamic, evolving environment

Nice-to-have

SAP SuccessFactors experience (Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development)
LinkedIn Learning administration experience
Power BI experience
Power Automate experience
Qualtrics experience
Reporting/dashboarding experience
Experience supporting global leadership development or coaching programs
German language skills
