• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes (in Hungary and DACH region) through phone screenings, interviews, creating job advertisements, building talent pools, conducting assessments
• Partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand staffing, hiring needs, work environments, and job profiles
• Identifying effective strategies for selecting the highest qualified candidates
• Representing our company on Employer Branding events
• Managing recruitment systems ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Creating and analyzing reports on hiring

• University or college degree
• 4+ years of progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions
• Fluent English and fluent German skills are required
• A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
• Excellent communication skills
