Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
About the job and your team
GBS HR Global Hub Hungary is supporting different locations around the globe. As a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist you will manage end to end recruitment processes, local- and global projects and will be responsible for employer branding and recruitment marketing.What you will be doingManage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple countries in close cooperation with hiring managers and senior stakeholders (VP and Head level), including direct sourcing and agency management Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Marketing/Content Specialists, Employee Services, and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, tools, and sourcing channels—both online and offline Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities and represent the company at hiring days, job fairs, and various external events Provide regular reporting and presentations on recruitment progress and results to stakeholders, while also training, coaching, and supporting hiring managers Participate in local and global projects related to recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding What we offer youWorking at the world’s only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy company Diverse, global teams Flexible work environment/home office (hybrid) We provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from experts Possibility to grow with the company Attractive benefit package What will make you successful?
Qualifications & ExperienceMA or BA degree preferably in HR field Fluent in English and Hungarian are mandatory, knowledge of any other foreign language is a plus Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment field (agency or manufacturing company) Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes on a regional/global level (more countries are involved) Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing Experience in working together with high level leaders, excellent stakeholder management skills Good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques
Personal skillsWillingness to learn and to improve Proactive, agile, customer-oriented approach with a good ability to cooperate with different functions High level of flexibility, out of box thinking Open minded personality to work as a member of a diverse, multinational team
