We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team of an international organisation operating in a dynamic, multicultural environment. In this role, you will support hiring activities across multiple locations and play an active role in building strong candidate pipelines while partnering with business stakeholders.
The position offers the opportunity to work in an international setting, manage recruitment projects and contribute to improving talent acquisition processes and employer branding initiatives.
›› Main duties and responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles across different locations;
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance;
- Identify and attract candidates through proactive sourcing, online platforms and professional networks;
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external recruitment partners when required;
- Work closely with different HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes;
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment-related events when needed;
- Track recruitment progress, prepare updates for stakeholders and help optimise recruitment tools and processes;
- Contribute to ongoing talent acquisition and HR-related projects.
›› Required competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in HR;
- Fluent English and Hungarian;
- Around 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or at an agency;
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and interacting with multiple stakeholders;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and interviewing methods;
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.

- Experience working in an international or regional environment is an advantage.
