Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hybrid Role

At Johnson Electric, we’re at the forefront of driving innovation in motion technologies. We’re thrilled to expand our European Talent Acquisition (TA) Team with a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment projects ranging from entry-level to executive positions. This opportunity is initially available on a one year fixed-term contract with the option of an open-end contract.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers across Europe in all recruitment related activities and act as a Talent Acquisition Partner for their organization
  • Build and implement recruitment strategies that enables sourcing and attracting high caliber talents
  • Effectively utilize multiple sourcing channels including social recruiting
  • Manage candidates through the whole journey and deliver first-class experience at each touchpoint
  • Partner with local HR Teams and regional HRBPs in matters related to internal mobility, compensation & benefits, onboarding, etc.
  • Support trainings for the organization on selection, interviewing skills and best practices
  • Contribute to our global and regional employer branding efforts, making Johnson Electric a name synonymous with excellence

Our requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, whether from an agency, RPO or corporate background
  • Proven track record of developing recruitment strategies and direct talent sourcing
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills and customer oriented approach
  • Result driven and team oriented personality
  • Flexibility to travel within Europe if required

Would be advantageous:

  • French and/or German language skills
  • Familiarity with Workday
