Main tasks, responsibilities:

As part of our Global Operations & Digital Solutions team, you will help ensure our P&C products meet real business needs and enable data-driven decisions. Together, we connect expertise, drive transformation, and create the conditions for people and performance to thrive.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Define and analyze internal customer needs to derive concrete product requirements in the area of Talent Acquisition
- Take ownership of harmonizing and further developing the Blue Collar Recruiting product across all regions
- Optimize and standardize back-office processes in White Collar Recruiting to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Design and continuously improve the onboarding process for new employees within and if possible across regions
- Regularly review and critically evaluate the existing service portfolio in terms of relevance, efficiency, and user orientation
- Identify missing or redundant services and derive corresponding improvement measures
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders from HR, IT, Controlling, and external service providers to ensure a future-ready recruiting and onboarding solution
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for Talent Acquisition; steer implementation through agile development cycles
- Actively contribute to regional and global project teams focused on process harmonization and digitalization
Requirements:
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a global or matrix environment
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and process efficiency
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Intercultural competence and experience working with international teams
