Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, Boolean search and other methodologies of sourcing
- Develop candidate sourcing strategies that ensure successful recruitment process
- Screen candidates' resume and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports of the candidates to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build positive and trustable relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates and Employees
- Guide and support employees on Onboarding and exit process;
Requirements
- BS/MS in Psychology, Labor Relations or Human Resources related fields
- 2+ years of proven experience with full-cycle recruitment stages and HR processes
Nice-to-have
- Experience recruiting telecom profiles (is a plus) and other areas like marketing and sales would be highly valuable
- Excellent English language skills – written and spoken.
- Ability to multi-task and assist colleagues.
- Ability to work in a pressured environment
- Ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines
