  • Become part of a multinational and motivated Talent Acquisition team as a part of a new Center of Excellence
  • Contribute to shaping the global Talent Acquisition function and establishing an efficient operating model aligned with business need
  • Responsible for leading, coaching and developing the local Talent Acquisition Team in Hungary
  • Ensure delivery of high quality, scalable and data driven recruiting and employer branding solutions aligned with global standards and local needs
  • Collaborate closely with HR business partner and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies in Hungary
  • Monitor TA metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in the recruitment of key positions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities and make decisions based on these information
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on recruitment metrics and trends
  • Managing and developing recruitment, selection, and placement processes
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and recruitment consultants
  • Contribute developing and executing the company's recruitment strategy, employer brand in alignment with business goals and objectives

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or Economics)
  • At least 7+ years of experience in Recruitment Team Leader or Talent Acquisition Manager role
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • In-depth knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Team-player and proactive attitude
  • German knowledge is advantage
