Responsibilities

Job description:

  • Lead and manage Recruitment Service Management, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee vendor management related to Talent Acquisition and Talent & Organizational Development
  • Act as HR Business Partner for defined business areas, supporting leaders on the full people agenda
  • Translate business needs into effective HR solutions and systems
  • Support HR strategic initiatives through project management and portfolio coordination
  • Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and HR leadership teams

Requirements:

Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of overall HR experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • At least 3 years of experience in Service Management and/or Vendor Management
  • Experience in a fast-growing, multinational organization

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Economics, Psychology
  • Project Management certification required

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to business objectives
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills
  • Proven project management capability, able to manage multiple parallel initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel, reporting, and presentation abilities
  • High level of communication skills and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment
  • Global mindset, customer-focused approach, and a proactive, hands-on attitude

Languages

  • English: Business fluent
