We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics. Besides these, we have a modern Technology Hub developing software and applications used by millions of people - customers and colleagues - globally.   • Be the process expert by understanding end to end processes, legislation and policies.
  • Plan and manage workflow received for the team so that all inputs are completed as per the SLA guidelines.
  • Balance priorities for the team to be able to complete all activities according to the schedules.
  • Support the team by creating and maintaining process documentation to deliver training for the new hires joining the System team; sharing process/policy/legislation updates to all the members and also conduct refresher trainings (based on error analysis, observations, etc.)
  • Drive a CI culture by supporting & encouraging CI mindset within the team.
  • Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery, efficiency, quality and save cost.
  • Manage an agreed SLA in Payroll & People as well as Attendance systems, creating KPIs reports regarding to People department's needs.
  • Analyzing and recognizing user's needs, existing processes and report problems concerning the system and recommend solutions for effective support and the optimal system usage, also communicate with system suppliers.
  • Prepare/update user guides/manual and maintain it according to the company's standards, train/support trainings of users.
  • Creating user accesses to people systems for Hungary according to data security regulations and company policies.
  • Dealing with requirements from management and prepare ad hoc reports, prepare basic control reports from Payroll&Attendance systems.
  • Provide data control in system and propose solution and solve any irregularity found, provide support for projects based on agreement.
  • Reply to user queries, communicate with Financial department, Cooperate with Technology and Helpdesk.
  • High School education
  • Intermediate level English knowledge
  • Hungarian language knowledge
  • Educated IT-specialist or experienced superuser of IT-related systems / databases is an advantage
  • Min.1 years of work experience in a HR System related position
  • Good knowledge of Labor Code HU, personnel methodical HU, payroll legislation HU
    Knowledge of GDPR guidelines and practices
  • Good analytical skills & logics
  • System approach
