Implementation, configuration and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS)
Support of migration of on-prem applications to the cloud
Troubleshooting and support of Linux and some Windows systems in virtualized cloud environments
Monitoring of systems using modern tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
Development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and Ansible
Collaboration with Security Operations to ensure regulatory and benchmark compliance including vulnerability management
Support of Application Operations and DevOps teams in issue resolution and infrastructure delivery
Management of access, availability and performance of IT systems including networking, storage and compute
Participation in a shared on-call support rotation ensuring 24/7 service availability

Strong knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems
Experience in server management including web, application and database servers
Familiarity with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
Working knowledge of monitoring systems such as Nagios, Prometheus and Check_mk
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
Understanding of networking concepts and firewall principles
Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Bash, PowerShell, Python or Perl
Good command of technical English both written and spoken
High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel occasionally up to 10%
