PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Responsible Procurement Growwwer is responsible for supporting the Responsible Procurement team and the implementation of Sustainability initiatives in the Procurement organization. Assist in ensuring compliance with Sustainability legislation and standards. This role involves monitoring Supplier ESG performance, conduct research on best practices and contributing to the development of strategies to enhance sustainability, social responsibility within the supply chain and the procurement organization.
YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Coordinate and manage the weekly process of Group Investment Committee
- Support the activity of the Group Investment Committee by reviewing project proposals and act as a first point of contact towards Business regarding project approvals
- Support the Group-level CAPEX management procedures (e.g. planning, forecasting)
- Report the Group-level CAPEX performance
- Support the Group-level process improvements in terms of CAPEX management
- Support other projects / ad-hoc tasks within the Group Sustainable Investment Solutions organization.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s or master’s degree in in the field of Environmental Science and Sustainability/Engineering/Supply chain Management.
- Your Personality: Curious, confident, ambitious, proactive, creative, and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems
- Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (using pivot tables, charts, slicers are part of our daily work-life). It is an advantage if you additionally have ERP systems (SAP) knowledge.
