JOB SUMMARY

• Lead and supervise daily sushi kitchen operations and team performance
• Prepare high-quality sushi dishes while supporting service on shifts
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency standards
• Maintain food safety and hygiene, especially for raw fish handling
• Manage inventory and storage of fresh fish and sushi ingredients
• Drive guest satisfaction through quality and authentic sushi service
• Train and motivate team members in sushi techniques
• Monitor productivity, staffing, and daily operations
• Support the Executive Chef in achieving performance goals
