Supplier Quality Engineer

is looking for a new colleague located in Zalaegerszeg for the position of Supplier Quality Engineer

• Pilot the Supply Qualification Module (SQM) and Supplier Performance Module (SPM) at plant level for both Outside Group and Inside Group suppliers
• Lead containment, corrective and preventive actions to resolve technical quality issues at plant level, applying the 8D methodology
• Address supplier gaps and non‑compliance, verify the effectiveness of supplier actions, and escalate when required
• Pilot part qualification through the PPAP within the Product Evolution Process (ACCESS, RoHS, etc.)
• Actively participate in PPAP within the Product Management Process (PMP), particularly during responsibility transfer milestones
• Define, manage and optimize the incoming inspection policy
• Monitor supplier quality performance at plant level and prepare regular reports
• Lead supplier process audits
• Ensure follow‑up of the critical parts list and associated supplier status
• Lead the end‑to‑end PPAP flow
• Act as Data Owner for the Quality Domain (QCO), managing data creation, updates and deletions across quality tools (SAP and local/domain tools)
• Act as Key User for the Quality Domain (QCO), with strong knowledge of inspection process dynamization rules (parts and incoming inspection)

• Relevant engineering degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
