Responsibilities

Continuous improvement of our suppliers’ delivery performance
Execution of RCCM (Root Cause Countermeasure) projects in cases of significant delivery lead time violations, in close collaboration with our suppliers and internal stakeholders
Continuation and optimization of the reporting structure in the area of delivery performance
Establishment and management of the operational supplier performance management process in close coordination with strategic and operational purchasing
Ensuring and maintaining correct supplier lead times in the ERP system
Internal point of contact for supplier lead times and performance

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in supplier management, purchasing, or supply chain management
Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
Experience in building reporting structures as well as in supplier EDI integration is desirable
Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, resilience, and ability to work in a team
Fluency in German and English is required
