Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and processes
  • Maintain and update employee documentation and personnel records (digital and paper-based)
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, reference letters, and certificates
  • Contribute to and help organize the onboarding process for new employees
  • Take ownership of smaller HR projects, such as improving processes or supporting People & Culture initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events or engagement activities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and tools

Requirements

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory requirement – active enrollment)
  • Strong interest in gaining practical experience in Human Resources, ideally within the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Initial experience in HR or a related area is a plus, but not required
  • Motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn and a positive, “can-do” mindset

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and reliably
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Interest in topics such as recruiting, employee experience, and HR processes

As part of the local Human Resources team, you will support a broad range of HR activities, gaining hands-on experience across key HR processes and projects. This role offers valuable exposure to both operational HR work and strategic initiatives, providing an excellent foundation for a future career in Human Resources within an international, fast-paced environment.

Please note that this is an office-based role, and candidates are required to reside in Munich or the surrounding area.
