Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and processes
- Maintain and update employee documentation and personnel records (digital and paper-based)
- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, reference letters, and certificates
- Contribute to and help organize the onboarding process for new employees
- Take ownership of smaller HR projects, such as improving processes or supporting People & Culture initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of internal events or engagement activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and tools

Requirements
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory requirement – active enrollment)
- Strong interest in gaining practical experience in Human Resources, ideally within the healthcare or medical device industry
- Initial experience in HR or a related area is a plus, but not required
- Motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn and a positive, “can-do” mindset
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, structured, and reliably
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Interest in topics such as recruiting, employee experience, and HR processes

As part of the local Human Resources team, you will support a broad range of HR activities, gaining hands-on experience across key HR processes and projects. Please note that this is an office-based role, and candidates are required to reside in Munich or the surrounding area.
