SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert (SZJ -12440)

Our client is a prestigious multinational company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for a SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert to their Budapest- based business services center.

• SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert and escalation point to SuccessFactors related queries and tasks
• Maintains the integrity of HR data within SuccessFactors
• Processing transactional initiatives of the SuccessFactors system to support the centralization of HR operational work globally
• Maintains and develops knowledge relating to the requirements of the SuccessFactors system
• Report building, modification and maintenance based on individual needs (Table reports, Canvas detailed/advanced reports, Pivot reports), experience with calculated column creation
• Regular audits of personal and organizational data
• Managing Mass Data Uploads across the global organization
• Global Assignment and Concurrent Employment profile management
• Setting up permissions for HR members and Leadership team
• Talent data and Recruitment Module support
• Support of employees in connection with Learning module
• Testing of annual performance evaluation forms, Launching Performance Appraisal Forms and supporting the process till form closing
• Conducts review of SuccessFactors workflows on a regular basis, makes recommendations on streamlining
• Coordinate testing and activities across processes when necessary
• Update relevant documentation related to process and systems (process centre, QRG’s, training material, etc.)
• Assess reporting needs, validate and define for whom the reports should be published.
• Run reports for KPIs · Collaborate with system experts in relevant support cases

• Completed Bachelor or Master degree
• Very good English skills (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and permissions and ServiceNow
• Proactively follows latest innovations/offerings
• Is familiar with technologies in the field of user interfaces
• Practiced at constructing and managing a global system at scale
• Excels at partnering with other functions and stakholders
• Ability to adapt to shifting needs
• Ability to generate insights from large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
• Familiar with laws and regulation (e.g., data privacy)
