Responsibilities

Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are met at all times
Supervise food preparation and presentation during assigned shifts
Support the development and leadership of kitchen staff
Prepare, process, season, and plate dishes with attention to detail
Monitor food cost and assist with inventory control
Take on Head Chef responsibilities during their absence

Requirements

Culinary qualification or relevant professional training
Proven experience in hospitality – hotel kitchen experience is a plus
Clear and constructive communication skills
Creative mindset and problem-solving attitude
Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
