AS A SOURCING BUYER AT MOL, YOU WILL:

Conduct procurement procedures up to contracting for small-sized tenders and contribute to medium/large tenders within assigned category group.

Follow defined sourcing process and contribute to implementation of category strategies. Apply best practice methods in order to achieve optimal results for the Company, in accordance with internal procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Management

Prepare status reports regarding sourcing activities
Ensure achievement of defined objectives and KPIs, including delivery of savings targets
Proactively responding and informing superiors about possible issues, complaints, and other cases that require resolution
Actively develop and maintain closer collaboration with other department members in/outside of Procurement based on the area of expertise

Plan-to-Strategy

Contribute to monitoring of market developments, innovations and technology trends
Implement activities from category strategy
Contribute to annual procurement planning

Source-to-Contract

Conduct competitive tendering within his/her scope
Prepare required documentation for evaluation committees
Facilitate evaluation committees
Conduct contract negotiations
Create contracts according to current financial, legal, HSSE, and category management requirements
Ensure contract implementation
Contribute to continuous improvement activities

Operational Procurement

Contribute to operational procurement in monitoring and expediting of deliveries
Contribute to claim management
Contribute to master data management (materials, vendors, categories) of operational procurement

Supplier Relationship Management

Represent first escalation level for incidents
Ensure onboarding and pre-qualification of suppliers
Contribute to supplier evaluation of category management

HIT THE APPLY BUTTON, IF YOU:

University (MA/MSc) / College (BA/BSc) in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law
Gained minimum 1 year procurement experience in multinational environment
Have direct procurement related experience
Speak Hungarian and English fluently
Are a strong negotiator and have a good communication skill
Have proactive attitude, resilient behavior, sense of responsibility
Have user level knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, eProcurement (or similar), ERP system
Driving license B category
