Your main responsibilities
Training & Development

• Deliver soft skills trainings and workshops
• Adapt and localize Scania Academy learning materials
• Create engaging training content and development activities
• Support employee learning and development initiatives
• Use modern digital learning tools and interactive methods


• Employer Branding & HR Marketing
   
• Create content for social media, career pages, and recruitment campaigns
• Support employer branding activities and recruitment marketing
• Organize career events, onboarding programs, and employee events
• Help strengthen Scania’s employer brand and company culture
• Cooperate closely with HR and communication teams
