Are you a social media strategist who lives and breathes digital storytelling?

Join our Corporate Communications team in a key role where you’ll lead our corporate and brand social media strategy across platforms. From creative concept development to community engagement and performance analysis, your work will influence how millions experience the MOL brand online.

  • Lead and shape yearly social media strategies for key MOL Group brands like MOHU and Fresh Corner, ensuring alignment with the Group’s overall digital framework.

  • Coordinate and inspire our social media and media buying agencies while collaborating closely with the Corporate Communications and PR teams.

  • Create and curate compelling content — from LinkedIn thought leadership to quick-turnaround social posts — keeping our voice authentic and on-brand.

  • Analyze performance through monthly reports, translate KPIs into insights, and continuously refine our digital presence.

  • Drive innovation across social and digital campaigns, partnering with marketing, production, and digital experts to deliver impactful, data-driven results.

  • Educational Background: You have a University or College degree preferably in marketing or communication.

  • Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical knowledge (3-4 years) in social media management.

 

Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in social media strategy development and execution.

  • Familiarity with Business Manager, TikTok ads, MS Office programs.

  • Intermediate level of English knowledge.
