Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

Providing warm, professional, and attentive service to our guests in the restaurant, bar, and during events
Taking care of guests from welcome to farewell and ensuring a memorable dining experience
Taking orders and serving food and beverages according to our quality standards
Preparing and maintaining the service stations before, during, and after service
Supporting the Chef de Rang or, depending on experience, independently managing a service station
Ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
Working closely with the kitchen, bar, and front office teams

Requirements

Your requirements:

Experience in service, ideally in a restaurant or hotel environment
Training in hospitality is an advantage
Passion for hospitality and a genuine enjoyment of guest interaction
A team-oriented, reliable, and proactive working attitude
Good communication skills and a well-groomed appearance
Ability to remain calm and professional in busy situations
Good knowledge of German and English (additional languages are a plus)
We are looking for candidates who already have accommodation in the Gstaad area, as no staff housing is available.
