Responsibilities

 
  • Developing, implementing and operating ITIL-based processes including but not limited to    incident, problem, change, configuration & asset, knowledge and capacity management,
  • Provide support for One IT Service Support organization and help them to achieve their goals,
  • Ensuring the procedural and functional integrity of the IT service and IT process management landscape
  • Act as a process owner for ServiceNow enabling its function in the IT and business landscape
  • Coordinate the implementation of Service Support channels, platforms or technologies which enable a proper customer service operation
  • Professional responsibility of the service process lifecycle as well as for the definition of the strategy and the support of the service design, service transition and service operation
  • Participation in Körber One IT Global Projects,
  • Desiging presentation, user awareness materials and trainings,
  • Work together with other Domains, Sub-Domains inside Körber One IT,
  • Design/Create/Review global Service Management Processes,
  • Further development of the KPI system for service level reporting and management
  • Propose improvement actions for their own area or for the whole Domain/Sub-Domain.
  • Creation and maintenance of guidelines and standards

Requirements

Professional Requirements/Skills:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in support or consulting on ITSM processes         according to ITIL®, ideally a certification as an ITIL® expert
  • Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow
  • Methodological reliability in the recording and design of work processes
  • Experience in managing projects in the area of operations and service
  • Presentation strength and conceptual way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality

The ideal profile meets the following requirements:
  • Completed College/University education in Business Informatics / Computer Engineering / Business Management,
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes,
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing IT Processes,
  • ITIL-F v3 or v4 certificate and practical experience,
  • Customer oriented mindset,
  • Ability to learn and adopt new things,
  • Good communication skill,
  • Able to manage priorities,
  • Ability to work in a matrix/project organization,
  • Fluent, spoken and written in English.
  • German language skills as a plus

Nice-to-have

  • Project management certificates (PMP, Prince2),
  • ITIL v3 ITSM certificates or v4 MP exams,
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar position at multicultural/multinational company.
