German-Speaking L1 Support Specialist | Budapest, Hungary | Hybrid Working
We’re currently supporting a major international organisation with the hire of a German-speaking Level 1 Support Specialist to join a growing IT Service Desk team based in Budapest. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for IT support to join a fast-paced, multilingual environment with excellent training and career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, chat, and web
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, Windows OS, and network-related issues
• Escalate more complex issues to relevant support teams where required
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the ticket lifecycle
• Work towards SLA, KPI, and First Contact Resolution targets Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within an IT Service Desk or Technical Support environment
• Fluent German and English language skills (C1 level or equivalent)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, hardware, software, and networking
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
