Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Main tasks, responsibilities:

  • Supporting the whole recruitment and selection process
  • Close cooperation with the research team
  • Job advertisements posting and updates
  • Searching, contacting and pre-screening candidates
  • Support the onboarding process
  • Organizing and conducting interviews
  • Keeping contact with candidates, managers and external partners
  • Represent our company on Employer Branding events
  • Administrative support of the recruitment process (presentations and KPI reports)

Requirements:

  • University or college degree
  • At least 3 years of IT related recruitment experience
  • Fluent English skill is required
  • Good IT skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Personality:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility
  • Precision, reliability
