Responsibilities

Support salary reviews, incentive plans, promotions and job evaluations
Contribute to global job architecture, compensation frameworks and Total Rewards initiatives
Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations
Support French compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with legal and collective requirements
Monitor regulatory changes and derive recommendations for necessary adjustments
Ensure adherence to internal policies, maintain documentation and support audits and internal controls
Advise and collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll and Finance on Total Rewards topics

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a comparable field
At least three years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment
Good knowledge of French compensation and benefits, with willingness to further develop expertise
Solid analytical skills, including Excel; experience with Workday or similar tools is an advantage
Ability to work with data and support the preparation of clear, actionable recommendations
Structured, solution-oriented working style with good communication skills
Comfortable in a multicultural, international environment with high integrity and discretion
Very good English skills and good French skills are required for this role; German skills at B1 level or higher support day-to-day collaboration
