Responsibilities

Design and continuously improve leadership development programs and learning formats
Personally deliver trainings, workshops, and leadership sessions (in-person & virtual)
Identify leadership capability gaps and translate them into practical development initiatives
Strengthen core leadership skills such as accountability, feedback, and performance management
Embed Thorlabs values (Respect, Accountability, Empathy, Innovation, Trust) into daily leadership behavior
Partner with HR and business leaders to align development initiatives with business priorities
Connect learning initiatives with talent management and succession planning

Requirements

Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related field; additional certifications in OD, Change Management, Coaching, or Facilitation are a plus.
Several years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or similar roles
Proven experience designing and delivering leadership programs and trainings
Strong facilitation skills and confidence working with leaders
Business-oriented mindset with a focus on practical impact
Experience in international, matrixed environments
Fluent in English and German
Willingness to travel within Europe (~25%)
