Responsibilities

To strengthen our German SAP team, we are looking for a dedicated Senior SAP Authorization Administrator who will support our company in the secure and efficient design of our SAP system landscape.

Your responsibilities:

Design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP authorization concepts in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, and the Fiori environment
Analysis, implementation, and documentation of user and role requirements in close collaboration with the business departments, based on the existing ODW business role concept
Administration of SAP users, roles, and profiles, including transport management
Ensuring compliance with compliance, audit, and security requirements (e.g. Segregation of Duties, internal and external audits)
Support during SAP audits as well as execution of authorization reviews and recertifications
Participation in SAP projects, rollouts, and system transformations (e.g. Private Cloud migration, SuccessFactors)
Use and further development of tools for authorization management and analysis (experience with the XAMS tool from xiting AG is an advantage)
Taking on additional tasks and active collaboration within the SAP team beyond the main focus area

Requirements

Professional Requirements:Completed university degree or vocational training with relevant professional experience

Several years of hands-on experience as an SAP specialist or SAP in-house consultant in the logistics environment (EWM, TM, MM, SD, etc.)
Solid experience as a project manager and in collaborating within global projects
Proven experience in the implementation of SAP projects, e.g. process optimization and logistics-related rollouts
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and optionally EDI is desirable

Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
