We are looking for a

 

Senior Sales Expert

who will

 

Lead market entry initiatives and drive new customer acquisition generating customer growth and revenue expansion. Monitor Group balances, ensure continuous operation by executing sales/purchase actions accordingly. Assess and set proper prices and volumes for the assigned market and coordinate the sales/purchase work accordingly.

 

Keep the focus on supply/demand trend and utilize the changes by prompt reactions. Screen and follow up sales opportunities. Contribute to/coordinate various sales related projects.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving customer acquisition through effective sales strategies and market penetration plans

  • Lead market entry initiatives by identifying and developing strategic opportunities in new regions or segments

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term partnerships with existing clients to ensure sustainable growth and mutual success

  • Coordinate and negotiate sales activities at Group level, managing key accounts and identifying potential partners

  • Monitor contract performance, sales volumes, margins, and receivables within assigned areas

  • Contribute to business strategy updates, develop new opportunities, and implement improvement actions within scope

  • Identify market needs, develop commercial approaches aligned with targets, and prepare regular reports and forecasts

  • Guide and delegate tasks to sales support teams, coordinate with peers, and propose sales plans for assigned areas or segments

  • Ensure compliance with laws, corporate directives, and quality management standards while contributing to business planning, process development, and performance optimization across the value chain

  • BSc/MSc degree in Economics/Business/Chemist or other relevant education

  • 3+ years relevant sales experience

  • Comprehensive understanding of business& Stakeholder management, knowledge of  economics, logistics  and production

  • Strategic and complex thinking, Problem solving attitude

  • Persuasive Communication and Negotiation, Data analysis, Presentation skills

  • Comfortable and ready to travel domestically and internationally based on business needs (to meet clients, attend events, or support market expansion efforts)

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, both verbal and written

  • MS Office, Power BI, Salesforce knowledge
