This is your chance to lead and grow our Captive Reinsurance segment within a global leader in insurance and risk management. How you'll make an impact

Lead the development of our Captive Reinsurance strategy across EMEA.
Build and nurture strong relationships within the Captive community.
Drive business growth, and achieve our goals.
Collaborate with our existing teams to ensure seamless placement and handling of Captive business.
Identify and secure new opportunities, leveraging your expertise and connections.
Play a key role in shaping and growing a high-performing team.

About you

You’re a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of senior experience in the Captive insurance or broking industry.
You have a proven track record of building strong relationships and opening doors within the Captive community.
You’re driven, strategic, and passionate about building a successful business segment.
Consultancy experience is a plus, but not essential.
You’re fluent in English, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus.You’re flexible with location and willing to work in one of our key hubs: London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, or Paris.
