We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Process Control Analyst to support and further develop recruitment control, analytics and blue-collar recruitment processes within our HR Performance & Data Management GBS organization.

 

Location: Budapest, Hungary - Hybrid working model with home office options

 

Your Role

 

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring transparent, data-driven and efficient recruitment processes. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and HR stakeholders to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities and support high-quality recruitment delivery across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the operation and continuous development of recruitment control, recruitment analytics

  • Analyze recruitment KPIs, trends and performance gaps and prepare regular insights and reports

  • Identify improvement opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers

  • Support recruitment efficiency, data accuracy and process consistency through close stakeholder collaboration

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standards and reporting methodologies

  • Stay up to date with recruitment analytics best practices and reporting trends

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR data analysis, preferably with a focus on recruitment-related data

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail

  • Experience working with recruitment KPIs, metrics and reporting

  • Confident user of Excel and data analysis tools; experience with ATS and recruitment systems is an advantage

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Working proficiency in both Hungarian and English

  • Experience in BI and/or data visualization is an advantage
