On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior People Support Operations Specialist who will provide direct end-to-end support across a wide variety of HR-related transactions for the company’s Austrian employees.

  • End-to-End Support: Anticipate and respond to requests concerning HR policies and programs, including the full employee life-cycle, (e)learning, compensation & benefits, mobility, and pay & time management.
  • Resolution & Routing: Address questions directly using online resources and telephone, or expertly route complex issues to specialized HR areas.
  • Data & Documentation: Process various paper and electronic forms while performing essential data maintenance and analysis to ensure system integrity.
  • Project Leadership: Contribute to or lead projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Mentorship: Act as a vital resource for colleagues with less experience, providing functional guidance and supporting the onboarding of more junior team members.
  • Global Collaboration: Interface directly with Global IT and HR departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Autonomy: Work independently within established guidelines, receiving minimal guidance while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations
  • Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: you demonstrate resilience and assertiveness, with the specific ability to provide firm guidance to strong-willed stakeholders within the Austrian market
  • You have a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently while remaining a supportive team player
  • You are comfortable handling data maintenance and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
