Responsibilities

You take functional and technical ownership of our M365 Power Platform, covering governance, continuous development, and operations.
Designing and implementing modern solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other tools from the Microsoft ecosystem is at the core of your role.
You work closely with international business units, including requirements gathering, consulting, and implementation.
As part of 2nd level support, you support the Collaboration Team with general M365 topics and handle a wide range of tickets, always aiming to find suitable business solutions.
You carry out routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot system-related issues to ensure stable operations.

Requirements

Several years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), ideally in global organizations.
Solid knowledge of the general M365 environment, such as SharePoint and Teams, combined with a good understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience with Azure, Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), and hybrid cloud architectures supports your daily work.
Basic knowledge of Power BI and Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a high level of ownership characterize the way you work.
Very good English skills for communicating with stakeholders worldwide; German skills are an advantage.
