Responsibilities

Translate strategic priorities and business pain points into high‑value innovation initiatives in close collaboration with senior stakeholders across business and IT
Steer venture clienting engagements end‑to‑end, including prioritisation, decision‑making, scaling and termination of initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on innovation‑related topics, trends and opportunities
Shape and continuously improve innovation governance, balancing speed, compliance and scalability in a regulated environment
Represent HDI Global within relevant startup, innovation and partner ecosystems

Requirements

Several years of relevant professional experience in corporate innovation, venture clienting, strategy consulting or comparable roles, ideally with exposure to senior management
Proven track record of driving innovation initiatives from strategic concept to execution in complex organisations
Experience in insurance, financial services or other regulated environments is a plus
Strong ability to structure complex topics, make decisions and take end‑to‑end ownership
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior executives and decision‑makers
Demonstrated ability to operate independently at a senior management level, acting as a trusted sparring partner
High level of autonomy, resilience and results orientation
Very good written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level)
