Responsibilities

Guide the FIT4 program to align with organizational goals, drive operational excellence, and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
Achieve optimal compromises between process requirements, escalate decisions when necessary, and guide discussions among process experts and support their work with systems
Proactively update program management on progress and challenges, implement a proactive risk management approach to identify and mitigate risks, oversee KPI reporting and collaborate with leads for effective management
Facilitate the exchange of best practices across workstreams for seamless integration and guide initiatives to enhance delivery capabilities and operational excellence
Coordinate consulting support, including multi-provider strategies, and provide strategic support to steer the program effectively
Mentor the PMO Function to drive program success, align project plans with the overall program, and track improvements and corrective actions

Requirements

Master of Science or equivalent degree; PhD and/or MBA preferred. Advanced degree in business administration, management, or a related field
Over 5 years of experience, ideally in a top-tier consulting firm or relevant experience in Business Process Excellence. Extensive experience in managing large-scale programs with a proven track record of delivering results in complex environments
Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a holistic view; ability to identify inconsistencies in processes without functional expertise. In-depth knowledge of project management standards and methodologies within an international context
Highly experienced in finding compromises and managing resistance from experts; skilled in relationship building and stakeholder collaboration. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with project managers and senior stakeholders across the organization
Proven ability to navigate and manage complexity in dynamic settings, demonstrating agility and strategic foresight. Experience leading agile swarm teams; strong change management perspective with the ability to inspire others
Strong motivation to take ownership of initiatives, coupled with exemplary teamwork and communication skills, particularly under pressure. Experience in strategy consulting is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools such as Jira
Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
