Responsibilities
- participation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation, mass recruitment, headhunting, and others)
- searching for potential candidates (LinkedIn, Xing, or other portals) for our open IT projects (our end-clients are renowned European clients)
- conducting telephone and personal interviews with potential candidates in Slovak or in English/German languages
- updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our website
- placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)
- drawing up reports at regular intervals
- you will be a part of the Hungarian/Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German recruitment team
- experience in leading a team is an advantage
- participation in career events
Requirements
- experience with HR recruiting of at least 3 years (mainly IT positions)
- education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage
- established networking of IT specialists (mainly on LinkedIn)
- English – upper-intermediate (B2), German – an advantage
- Independence

- ability to prioritize and enjoy the achievement of results
- organizational talent
- interest in new technologies
