Join us and contribute to the efficient and professional operation of our international mobility programs!
We are looking for a new team member to join the MOL HR team, who will play an important role in supporting and coordinating international mobility. The purpose of the position is to provide support to HR Partners and business units in defining the appropriate structure and details of various international assignment types.
Our new colleague will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative tasks related to international assignees, and will serve as the primary point of contact to ensure smooth cooperation with this group of employees.

Senior International Mobility Partner
Tasks
Manages administrative tasks related to international assignees and localized employees within the MOL Group classified as HAY 23 or above, in accordance with internal policies and audit requirements during the entire assignment period.
Maintains daily contact with HR Partners across MOL Group countries, both in written and spoken English.
Prepares and shares compensation package proposals, guidelines, assignment contracts, and notifications to external providers for assignees and internationally localized employees classified as HAY 23 or above, in line with the MOL Group International Mobility Policy.
Notifies companies contracted for international mobility management about assignment terms and conditions, as defined in the MOL Group International Mobility Policy and related contracts.
Manages expense claims and ensures payments for international employees classified as HAY 23 or above.
Reviews compensation package proposals, guidelines, assignment contracts, and other related documents prepared by IMM Partners.
In collaboration with International Mobility Experts, contributes suggestions for the improvement and development of international employment processes.
Supports the ongoing update and development of the IMM Tool.
Requirements
University degree in Economics, Law, or Human Resources
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of international mobility
Knowledge of social security, labor law, and immigration regulations related to international employment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills and structured way of working
High level of independence and goal orientation
Openness to teamwork and strong collaboration skills
Proficient in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
