Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and system administration for SuccessFactors Recruiting modules
- Manage configurations, permissions, and user access in line with global governance standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with SAP support when needed
- Participate in system enhancements, integrations, testing, and release cycles
- Consult with global Talent Acquisition teams to identify opportunities for system and process improvements
- Maintain and develop dashboards and reports for TA insights
- Deliver user training and create documentation
- Contribute to global HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RM/RMK)
- Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes
- Hands-on experience in configuration, reporting, and end-user support
- Proven ability to consult with international stakeholders regarding system design and enhancements
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent English and excellent communication abilities
- Interest and some experience with AI-based tools (e.g., Joule, CoPilot) to enhance HR processes
Additional Advantages
- Experience with ServiceNow integration
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Story Reporting
- Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules
- Experience with Roles & Permissions management
- Understanding of provisioning and release management
- Experience in a shared-service or global organisation
- Additional language skills (e.g., French or German)
